The only thing i cannot find to set is the sedentary reminder. i want it to remind me @ 10 mins til the hour to get up & walk. how do i set that?Back to product

1. The sedentary reminder will vibrate to reminder you to stay active for at least 1 minutes each hour, and it can only be turned on in the app. And you can use alarm to get you up, it can be set in both the app and the device. Above video for your view.
